Think Visibility is fast approaching (just over 90 days away) and I’ve been working on the Schedule.. we are so close to announcing the speakers and tickets its hurting…
One thing I want to do this time is record the sessions… not all of the sessions will be recorded.. most have a presentation which lasts 30 minutes and a Q and A at the end… the latter will be off the record and for attendees only.
Since I mostly work of off recommendations I’m asking for recommendations for a company that would be pretty good to handle all the AV stuff from recording the sessions in the tracks to making sure that the sound works (and probably the lights)
Comment if you know of any + have worked with them (bonus points if there price doesn’t kill me)

Check out Saville Audio Visual. I believe they have offices in Leeds.
They have supplied Bose 802s at a few conferences I’ve spoke at. Well recommended PA – include some good sennheiser mics too.
Lumen are ace + lovely people – they’ve always sorted me out with AV stuff. I’ve done a fair bit of work with them + they won’t break your pocket/bank/head. Not sure if they’ll provide man power, think they might only do gear but, I know some good people for man power for the event too.

Adrian Larkin from True Media Productions at Old Broadcasting House is brilliant…we used him for Ignite back in January…£300 for an evening’s shoot with two cameras and some editing.
