Up until recently, I had an iPhone for work usage, I wouldn’t say its a dream phone (because Google would sue me) but it did the job. I didn’t really use it for calls (as the Barcamp Sheffield attendees realised, I had 3 or 4 phones now I am I was down to one.
I`ll be honest.. I missed it..

It's AME!!!
Its not my favourite ever phone (Hello Nokia 8210) but some of the Apps are invaluable.. MyRail (which has somehow disappeared from the app store) is one of the best apps I’ve seen, using public feeds to give valuable information.
Although I visit london… irregularly, I quite like looking at the tube app to see if any of the line’s I’m going to be going on are knackered.
The email integration just works* (okay thats a load of bollocks but once you get it set up and go through that process… THEN it just works)
I also very much like Black Mamba Racing and Papi Jump…
What apps are you using?

I have access to an iPhone, covet one. But can’t push myself to get one. I get the horrible feeling it’s a bit like broadband or a dishwasher… you can live without one; until you’ve owned one.
I suspect this isn’t a positive attitude to take!

Admit it you were pissed at the time
and now your making excuses. MyRail seemed to suddenly stop working a while ago and I just removed it, do that with so many apps these days…
iPhone’s make me shudder
I keep going through phases of wanting an iPhone, sometimes I feel I’m just destined to get one and should just buy one and get it over with, but then I hate the fact certain parts of it’s specification are so lacking, yet as an apps platform is so good.
I’m trying to stick to my HTC Tytn II, if I do buy another mobile before my contract is up, it’ll be an iPhone (good PAYG option with unlimited internet) of HTC Touch HD (very expensive, less apps).
